Do you know an ill or injured child who you want to get a get-well present? Why not get them a gift basket! A gift basket is easy to assemble just get a wicker basket, a large piece of cellophane wrap, and a decorative ribbon. Then buy a stuffed animal for the focal point of the basket. Smaller items should also be added, and these can include fiction books, coloring books, activity books, action figures or dolls, games, puzzles, and arts and craft kits. Once your gift is purchased, arrange it in the basket and wrap the whole thing with the cellophane, tying it off with the decorative ribbon. So now you have a great get-well basket for a child!

When it comes to baby showers, games are a great way to make sure that all your guests have a good time. There are lots of different games you could play. The first is a “speed diapering” game where you see who can put a diaper on a stuffed animal the fastest. Another good game involves writing down as many baby names as you can in a minute. Two other classic games involve guessing the number of jelly beans in a baby bottle, and playing a game of surprise memory with some baby items you put out and then put away. Lastly, you can play the “purse game” where each woman gets her purse out and you list common items. The more uncommon the item, the more points your guest would be awarded. You’ll be guaranteed to have a fun baby shower!
