We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling).

Return Policy

Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days.

If you need to return something, please contact us by sending an email to customerservice@kcplush.com within 30 days of placing your order, for a return authorization. We will accept authorized returns to KC Plush as long as the items are unused, and in the original packaging.

When you return an item to KC Plush there is NO RESTOCKING FEE! The customer is only responsible for return shipping. As soon as we receive your item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, less shipping cost.

How to Return an Item:

• Contact the Returns Department by filling out our contact form or by contacting us at customerservice@kcplush.com. Please put “Return Request” in the subject line. We will issue a Return Murchandise Authorization (RMA) number which you can use to return the item.


• Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.


• Stuffed animals must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns. Damages include water marks, loose threads, stains, and other visible damages.

If you receive your item and it is damaged in any way, you have 5 days to contact us to report it. If reported beyond 5 days after delivery, the assumption is made that the item was damaged after it was delivered and we cannot replace it.
