Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days after the order has been received.
In order to return an item you must contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
A tracking or delivery confirmation number must be supplied to us when you ship back the products you wish to return. Shipments with no tracking number will take up to 5 days to process when received.
Kindly input "Return Request" followed by your order number in the subject line of the form. Once we receive the information, return instructions will be emailed to you.
Once we receive your shipment, you will be issued a full refund (minus the shipping cost) within 72 hrs. If no tracking number was provided for the shipment, the processing time will be up to 5 business days. Please allow upto 4 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
All stuffed animals must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns. Damages include, but are not limited to, water marks, loose threads, stains, burns and odors.
If you receive your plush animal(s) and it is damaged in any way, you have 5 days to contact us to report it. If reported beyond 5 days after delivery, the assumption is made that the item was damaged after it was delivered and we cannot replace it.

Important note: No refund will be given unless we receive the product(s) back to one of our warehouses. If the shipment is lost or cannot be delivered by FedEx, UPS or USPS due to an incorrect or not complete address provided by the customer, all requests and concerns should be directed to the freight company directly. KC Plush will be happy to assist all customers in resolving any issues with the delivery of a shipment but it is the customer who will be responsible for covering any additional shipping charges.
